CHARLES WESLEY FOWLER formed The Fowler Law Firm, PLLC in August 2008 after spending eleven years with prestigious Memphis law firms Glankler Brown, PLLC and Gary K. Smith & Associates, PLLC. Mr. Fowler attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1993 in Aeronautical Studies, with a concentration in Management and an Associates of Science in Aviation Business Administration. In 1997, Mr. Fowler graduated from The University of Memphis, earning a Juris Doctorate. While in law school he was a member of the Law Review, Moot Court Board, the National Moot Court Team and received several impressive accolades. Mr. Fowler received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in the study of appellate practice in 1995, and in 1997 he received Best Oral Advocate Award, Joseph A. Moore Award for Oral Advocacy as well as Mock Trial Champion.
Mr. Fowler has been admitted to practice before all courts in Tennessee including the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2005, Mr. Fowler was also selected for membership in the Leo Bearman, Sr., American Inn of Court. Additionally, Mr. Fowler was admitted to practice in the State of Arkansas in September of 2014.
Mr. Fowler served as an adjunct faculty member at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where he taught Aviation Law and American Constitutional Law from 2006 through 2008.
